Yes. We repair leaks and storm damage all year. Shingles seal best above about forty degrees, so in deep cold we make a safe, watertight repair first and come back to finish sealing on a warmer day. Full replacements are usually best scheduled from spring through fall, though emergencies always come first.

Yes. We protect your landscaping with tarps, haul away every old shingle in our own dumpster, and run a magnetic sweeper over the lawn and driveway to pick up stray nails. Before we leave, we walk the property with you so you can see the site is as clean as when we arrived.

Yes. Every estimate is free and comes with no obligation. We inspect the roof in person, take photos of anything we find, and send a written estimate within two business days. The estimate lists the work, the materials and the price, so you can compare it fairly with other quotes.

How do I know if my roof needs replacing?

What warranty do you give?

Every replacement comes with our ten year workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranty on the shingles themselves. Repairs carry a two year workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails because of how it was installed, we come back and fix it at no cost. The details are in writing.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes take one or two days, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs, or roofs with damaged decking underneath, can take three days. We tell you the expected time before work starts, keep the site tidy each evening, and do a final walk-through with you before we leave.

Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes. We inspect storm damage, document it with photos and measurements, and meet your adjuster on site if you like. We explain what the claim covers in plain words. You stay in charge of the claim itself, and we never ask you to sign over your insurance benefits.
